Electric Cast Saw is used to cut all kinds of bandages, like plaster bandage, fiberglass casting tape etc.
Type: XC-DSII
Rated Voltage: 198V-242V
Rated Input Power: 125W
No-Load Speed: 12750-17250 times/min
Frequency: 49-51Hz
Operating Temperature: 5-40℃
Humidity: ≤80%
Instructions:
1. Before use, check whether the saw blade is flat, whether it lacks teeth, and whether it is installed firmly. When installing the saw blade, you only need to use a 5mm hexagonal wrench to tighten the cap in a clockwise direction.
2. Before the operation, after the plaster saw is disinfected with formalin solution, turn on the electric main unit and turn on the main unit switch to start the machine.
3. Hold the saw tightly while working and slowly place it on the polymer or plaster bandage to be excised, and cut it vertically on the bandage surface. If you are not sure, do not cut to the end at one time (although the saw has a soft tissue protection function) .
4. Cut off the vertical polymer or plaster bandage surface, lift it up and move forward, and then slowly place it on the lower section to be removed, repeat the above process until the task is completed.
5. When the saw blade has been used for a long time and the saw teeth become dull, just use a 5mm Allen key to loosen the split cap counterclockwise, turn the saw blade, and then tighten it clockwise to use.
